This past weekend, a thunderstorm warning was issued for areas throughout Metro Vancouver in BC. Considering we were basking in the sunshine last week, a sudden warning that we'd be hit by a storm took most locals by surprise.
The weather can be completely unpredictable, especially since we can't ever predict what will exactly happen with the weather, we never know if the warnings issued will be catastrophic or a mild fall shower.

Residents in Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley and other areas of Metro Vancouver were astonished at the floods, sudden hailstorms and torrential downpour that struck this weekend.
