The state of Michigan is probably one of the most underrated states in all of America. Tourists get so distracted by the big shiny cities like Chicago, LA and New York that they miss all the amazing things that Michigan has to offer.
Michigan has some super special things that make it completely unique from the other 51 US states. Michigan has two peninsula's that are completely different from each other, with the Lower Peninsula being home to the bigger, more populous cities like Detroit and the Upper Peninsula being home to some beautiful, natural gems like the coast of Lake Superior.
All year round, whether it's the dead of winter or the sunny summer months you can find beauty wherever you go in this state! That's why using Groupon to find great deals on amazing activities that allow you to explore this great state is the best way to go!
