A Canada-Wide Search Is Under Way For A Man With 'A History Of Targeting Strangers'

If you spot him, call 911.

A man who didn't turn up at his halfway house in Vancouver is now the subject of a Canada-wide search.

Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to find 51-year-old Timothy Wyslouzil, who was expected to arrive at his halfway house by his curfew on January 19.

After he failed to show, police launched a national manhunt in an attempt to find him.

According to police, he has a history of targeting strangers and vulnerable people. Police believe Wyslouzil poses a public safety risk.

He is described as white, five feet seven inches tall and about 250 pounds. He has salt and pepper hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a dark winter coat with a fur-lined hood, dark pants, a blue shirt and dark shoes.

He was wearing a baseball cap, eye glasses and a medical mask. He has a cross tattooed on his left forearm and a star tattooed on his right forearm.

Anyone who sees Timothy Wyslouzil, or knows of his whereabouts, is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
