You Can Explore 'Diagon Alley' At A Harry Potter Event In San Antonio This August

By now we've all fantasized at least once about what it would be like to live in the Harry Potter universe. This summer, San Antonians will get the chance to do just that at a "Diagon Alley" in San Antonio that'll feature a showing of Fantastic Beast & Where to Find Them plus much more Harry Potter-related activities. 

On Saturday, August 15 from 7 to 10 p.m., muggles are invited to come out to Victoria's Black Swan Inn for the most magical night of the year.

You'll get to shop around at their version of Diagon Alley for all of your magical and non-magical needs.

Whether you're in the mood for a new potion for a spell or an awesome new painting for your home, you'll leave with everything you could ever want!

There'll even be a sorting hat to try on and confirm the house you're meant to be in. Gryffindor or Slytherin, we're all welcome here.

Now, we know what you're wondering. If this is a Harry Potter-themed event, will there be butterbeer?

Why yes, yes there will be! There are few places where you can get your hands on the delicious drink, and we're pleased to say that this will be one of them. 

The night will end with a showing of Fantastic Beast & Where to Find Them that will be shown on the lawn of Victoria's Black Swan Inn.

You're encouraged to bring your own blanket for comfortable seating.

Food and beverage vendors will be on-site for any eat or drink needs.

Admission into the event is just $5, though anything else that's available for purchase will have to be purchased separately.
