Canadians Have The Chance To Win Millions Of Free Aeroplan Miles By Posting On Instagram
Canadians who have been looking for a way to travel without spending too much may be in luck. Forty-five customers will have the chance to win big in this Aeroplan million miles contest for the company's 35th anniversary.
These won't just be small amounts, either. Ten customers who enter will win 3.5 million miles each, while 35 more customers will each win 100,000 miles.
Entering is easy. Customers just need to enter their Aeroplan number into the contest website to register for the grand prize draw. From Aug. 22 to Sep. 25, every time customers earn miles from participating partners or redeem their miles, they add another entry for the draw.
Customers can also earn entries by donating miles to the Aeroplan's Member Donation Program. Aeroplan affiliated cardholders can also earn 35 entries by making a transaction with their card during the contest period.
To earn a chance at one of the 100,000 mile secondary prizes, customers are encouraged to share their dream trips on social media, tagging the people they would want to go with and adding #withaeroplan. The more posts, the more chances to win!
With 100,000 miles, you could easily fly in premium economy to parts of Europe, Hawaii, Mexico, or the Caribbean. Three and a half million miles and you could basically take several first-class flights anywhere you wanted!
"We want to ensure members achieve their travel goals faster than with any other rewards programs in Canada," said Mark Nasr, Vice President, Loyalty and e-Commerce at Air Canada. "This contest is an important way to connect with our millions of members by offering exciting and unique ways to earn and redeem miles."
The contest is also a way for Air Canada to publicize the changes to its rewards program for 2020. These include being able to refund flight rewards up to two hours before departure and a reduction of the Aeroplan.com refund fee.
