This LA-Based Vegan Chain Is Opening In Toronto & Their Menu Is Over-The-Top Delicious

By CHLOE., a popular plant-based restaurant, just announced they are opening their first location in Canada! The new restaurant is set to open at the Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto late September 2019. We couldn't be more thrilled to try by CHLOE. in Toronto in just a few weeks!

By CHLOE. first opened in New York's West Village, July 2015. Since then, the healthy fast food restaurant has expanded to New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Providence, and London.

The brand new Toronto location will be a replica of its flagship location in New York's West Village. Inside the Instagrammable space, you'll find Toronto-inspired neon signs, swinging chairs, colourful banquettes, and fun wallpapers in the bathroom!

On the menu, everything will be 100 percent plant-based with gluten-free and soy-free options also available. According to by CHLOE.'s founder and creative director, Samantha Wasser, "by CHLOE. was created to make plant-based food approachable, accessible, and of course, fun!"

The Yorkdale location will offer a 'Grab and Go' selection, freshly baked sweets and dairy-free ice creams and sorbets. For the launch of the first location in Canada, by CHLOE. will also have an exclusive "Toronto by CHLOE." menu inspired from classic Canadian dishes and local ingredients.

Here are all the coolest stuff on their menu:

• Air-baked french fries or sweet potato fries - you'll crave these healthier french fries
• Quinoa taco salad - this flavour-packed salad has romaine lettuce, quinoa, spicy seitan chorizo, black beans, sweet corn, avocado, tomato, tortilla strips, tofu crèma, and agave-lime vinaigrette
• Guac burger - a mouthwatering black bean-quinoa-sweet potato patty topped with corn salsa, onion, guac, tortilla strips, and a delicious chipotle aioli
• Pesto meatball - this is one of their most popular items! It is Italian meatballs, marinara, sweet peppers, basil pesto, cashew mozzarella and almond parmesan served on a potato sub roll.
• Chlostess cupcakes - a vegan version of classic Hostess cupcakes
