Feeling a little postpartum blues or simply looking to connect with like-minded parents? You're not alone. With 80% of new moms feeling the loneliness creep in post-baby, CYBEX aims to bridge that gap. The CYBEX Hot Mom Walk has been bringing joy, health, and an incredible sense of community to parents since 2023. It started as a simple idea: moms and their little ones, walking and talking their way through the neighbourhood. Led by the dynamic duo, Alex Trimble and Chloe Alleyne, these strolls eventually evolved into the vibrant "Walk and Talk" podcast series, connecting moms not just in the GTA but all over Canada.
This year's walks will unfold in familiar spots around the GTA, including West Coast Kids locations in Bayview, Hillcrest, and Burlington. And the best part? They're on the hunt for the next leaders of the CYBEX Hot Mom Walk community and podcast hosts—could it be you? The CYBEX Mama Mentors Search is a chance to step into a role that allows you to share your experiences and redefine your postpartum experience while inspiring others to do the same. By becoming a CYBEX Hot Mom Walk leader and podcast host, you can bring moms together, fostering a sense of community and support that's desperately needed.
