Drake Showed Off His Iconic Sneaker Collection While In Quarantine (PHOTOS)

Not a single stripe in sight.

Checks over stripes, that’s what he likes! As his success has grown over the years, so has Drake’s sneaker collection. Yesterday evening, the Toronto-born star was kind enough to give his Instagram followers a tour of his closet, which just so happens to be loaded full of collector's items and designer duds.

After NBA star Kevin Durant tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this month, Drake began a self-isolation period as he was spotted out partying with Durant prior to receiving his diagnosis, according to Page Six.

The Canadian rapper has since completed testing of his own for coronavirus, and although the results came back negative, he revealed that they “put the q-tip all the way inside [his] thoughts”.

Like many other Canadians, Drake has been spending the majority of his time at home this month to help flatten the curve and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Last night, the 33-year-old gave fans an insider look at his epic sneaker collection and other prized possessions.

According to ET Canada, some of the most noteworthy shoes in Drizzy’s closet include signature Kobe Bryant’s, $2,000 Air Diors, Off-White Jordan 5s, Supreme Air Force 1s, as well as the Jordan 5 Tokyo T23’s, which can cost anywhere from $3,000 - $4,000.

Self-isolation isn’t easy for anyone, but seeing as Drake has been hanging out in his Toronto Bridle Path mansion, his surroundings are much more lavish than most.

The “God’s Plan” singer has shown off his beautiful home in the past, most notably the NBA regulation-sized basketball court where he regularly shoots hoops solo or with friends.

Back in December of 2019, Drake announced that he has a new album on the way, although he has yet to give fans a title, tracklist, or release date.

Perhaps with all this free time in self-isolation, Drizzy will be able to deliver a new project to his fans sooner rather than later.
