Éclair-Only Bakery Opens Up In Toronto
Éclairs have long been overshadowed by macarons, doughnuts, and other confectionery goodies...but not anymore.
It seems that many cafes and restaurants are becoming very specialized and only serving one specific thing, for example the Nutella Cafe that opened up a few months ago, so it only made sense that an "eclair-only" bakery opened it's doors sometime soon in Toronto.

"Nügateau", located at 717 Queen St W, creates fresh, and oh-so-creamy eclairs on-site daily. If you have no idea what an eclair is, it's a pastry filled with with a white-chocolate based cream that is flavoured with tea, nut, and fruit paste, and then topped with a decadent glaze and a variety of toppings.
The bakery will also soon have some savoury versions of the pastry, such as a lobster- and foie gras–filled eclair.

Some typical flavours you can go grab right now are: mango passion fruit and cardamom, maple bacon, raspberry, Persian pistachio, and Brazilian coconut, only $4.50 each!
