Alchema is a smart device that allows you to pick from a number of different mead, cider and wine recipes from a smartphone app. All you need to do is add the ingredients, let it ferment, and wait for the alcohol to settle in the fridge.

According to their website, Alchema uses "medical grade UV-C LED light to sanitize the container before fermentation," and "monitors the entire process for you," allowing for a relatively simple way to make your own batch of cider.
Though it comes at a pretty steep price point, the Alchema can hold up to 2.4 liters, or about 3 bottles of wine, meaning that each batch will provide you with enough to last for the next little while.
