The Florida Aquarium's Hosting An Adult-Only Night With Unlimited Beer Tastings This Weekend
Almost everyone enjoys the aquarium, admiring magnificent sea creatures as they float by. Wouldn't it be nice for adults to have free reign of the place alone, even if just for a day? Thankfully you can at The Florida Aquarium's event in Tampa next month.
The adults-only Brews by the Bay event makes a comeback again for an 11th year, serving up unlimited craft and imported brews and bites from Bay area restaurants. Eventgoers even get a commemorative 4- or 8-ounce tasting stein depending on the ticket they hold, with VIP members getting 1-hour early admission to all the sips.
As you sip on over 100 beers and cocktails from around the globe, wander the aquarium to admire the many exhibits such as the ever-popular shark tanks and aquarium tunnel, or the more recently opened interactive jellyfish exhibit.
Guests can also jam to thumping tunes from live musical entertainment or for a more personal experience, venture up to the roof for a silent disco dance party, complete with a disco ball and colored lights. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available if you prefer to not drink but still want to enjoy an adults-only night at the aquarium.
Tickets to the fest are pretty affordable for getting free reign of the place, unlimited food and drinks, and all the musical entertainment. General admission is $69, or $59 if you happen to be an aquarium member. VIP tickets run for $85 and include early access to the boozy fest. Parking is free to members or $10 for non-members.
