Several foods are being recalled across Canada including items from PC, Kirkland & No Name
Products are being recalled due to mould, yeast, nitrile glove pieces and more.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has issued several recall notices for various food products sold across Canada, affecting popular house brands like Loblaws' President's Choice and Costco's Kirkland Signature.
These recalls are happening for a variety of reasons, including the presence of mould, yeast, undeclared milk in products marketed as vegan and even nitrile glove pieces.
Health Canada is urging consumers to check if they have any of these products and, if so, to avoid eating, selling or sharing them. The federal agency advises that the affected items should either be thrown away immediately or returned to the store where they were purchased.
Here are five of the most recently recalled products to be on the lookout for.
