Neighbourhoods Are Underwater After An Intense Storm Ripped Through Ontario (VIDEOS)

It was like driving through a hurricane.

Nature's force was on full display yesterday as heavy rain and strong winds pummeled much of Ontario.

While places like Toronto saw debris falling from high-rises, other areas were flooded by the surge in water, and driving conditions were made immensely difficult throughout the province.

The scene in Port Dover looked like it was straight out of an apocalyptic movie.

Erie Shore Drive in Chatham-Kent Ontario saw intense waves crashing onto its shores.

The resulting flooding left streets underwater.

Elsewhere in Ontario, the rain made driving incredibly difficult with almost no visibility.

The visibility looked just as bad in Burlington.

The intense wind also made for dangerous conditions in the province, where some would have to avoid moving objects.
