Pamela Anderson Split From Her BC Hubby After Tying The Knot Near Vancouver A Year Ago

The couple had a new series in B.C. coming up.

The iconic star, Pamela Anderson, has split from her B.C. husband, just over a year after they got married on the beautiful Vancouver Island.

Known for starring in Baywatch and modelling, the celebrity is from Ladysmith B.C. and had recently moved home and married her husband, named Dan Hayhurst.

The couple tied the knot on the island in December 2020, at Anderson's home by the ocean.

Hayhurst is from B.C. too and was set to star in a new series on HGTV with Anderson in the spring of 2022.

According to an announcement from HGTV, the series was going to document Anderson returning to "her Canadian roots to transform her late grandmother’s abandoned legacy property into her ultimate family home."

The home is in Ladysmith needed some renovations though, and her husband was helping. The announcement said that Hayhurst is a local carpenter and was going to be involved with the project.

Given the recent news of the couples split, it is unknown if this series is still going to air.

Anderson has been married multiple times before Hayhurst, and the news of their split has been reported by multiple publications, including Rolling Stone and Global News.

The couple was a dynamic duo too — working together to build a barn for Rescue And Sanctuary for Threatened Animals, a local animal sanctuary.

Anderson's love for animals is clear also because of her foundation, called the Pamela Anderson Foundation, which aids in protecting animal, human, and environmental rights.

Although Anderson just moved home recently, she is ingrained in the community. She even won a Ladysmith Heritage Award for the work she completed on a property that she bought from her grandparents.
