You Can Grab A Coffee & A Baby Yoda Medal Exclusively At This San Antonio Cafe
I think by now, the majority of America can agree on a shared love for Baby Yoda. San Antonio is one city that seems to especially love The Mandalorian character, so much so that a popular San Antonio cafe has created a Baby Yoda medal you can get exclusively at this location. If you're not yet convinced that you need one, then hopefully the fact that he's wearing a sombrero will seal the deal.
This March, Merit Coffee will be selling Baby Yoda medals at their San Antonio location and through their online shop.
According to Eater Austin, Merit Coffee's owner, Justin Frey, got the inspiration for the medal from the many Baby Yoda memes circling Twitter and other platforms.
I mean, how could he not?
Finding the perfect Baby Yoda merch is getting hard these days with how popular the character has become but for San Antonians, it just got a little easier.
As seen above, the Baby Yoda on the medal is wearing a sombrero with "Fiesta 2020" on is and sipping out of a Merit Coffee mug.
The medal is similar to the meme of Baby Yoda sipping broth, and a great example of what he'd look like if he was from Texas or Mexico.
Is Baby Yoda a caffeine addict Texan? Well, now he is!
For those who live too far from San Antonio to stop by the cafe and grab a medal for themselves, don't worry, as we mentioned before the medal will also be sold online.
Check back in at this website in March to order it for just $10.
All proceeds go to charity, an organization known as Snack Pak 4 Kids SA.
We expect to see hundreds of Baby Yoda medals around San Antonio once Fiesta is finally here!
We'll see you all coffee in hand, just like the little guy himself.
