A tasty way to brighten your day ☀️

Winter in Toronto can be kind of bleak, to say the least. From the sun setting too early to the cold lingering way too long, Torontonians could use a little brightness during their morning commutes.

From February 25 to 27, Sunkist is bringing its California Sunshine installation to GO Bay Concourse at Union Station. Visitors will be able to grab a variety of free and fresh Sunkist lemons, Cara Cara oranges, Navel oranges and Blood oranges — all grown under the warm Cali sun.

Each fruit will feature a QR code linking to easy, delicious recipes based on your pick. So whether you’re craving something sweet or need a refreshing dinner twist, simply pick, scan and get inspired!

Sunkist citrus is full of Vitamin C, which Canadians can always use a little more of during these unforgiving winter months. This yummy Hella Good Navel Orange Hot Chocolate recipe will make you feel warm and energized from the citrus burst.

Another great bonus to these sweet fruits is none other than where they’re grown. California’s ideal climate helps promote unbeatable flavour and freshness that will liven up your winter woes and dinners.

If your week needs a little boost, swing by Union Station and grab a piece of sunshine. Because let’s be honest: winter could use a little more glow.
