This Calgary Festival Lets You Make Your Own Maple Candy And It's The Most Canadian Thing Ever

Indulge in a sweet treat!

It's no secret that as a general rule, Canadians love maple. We put it on our waffles, donuts, candy... The list goes on and on. But how many of us have actually just eaten straight up maple?!

As it turns out, that's the traditional way to do things, and apparently one of the most delicious.
