The beers are brewed in small batches and in traditional, authentic European copper (not silver!) kettles - which makes for a more complex and well-balanced taste.
Crafted on-site using the water from the local springs located just 4km from the brewery in Creemore, which is a super charming, small Ontario town, you can kind of taste that there's a lot more than water, hops, and barley malt in these brews. There's actually a ton of passion and love in there, too.
