You Have To Escape A Brains-Hungry Zombie At This Thrilling Central Florida Escape Room
It's October, and as far as we're concerned that means it's Halloween. We like to indulge our addiction for all things spooky this month, and what better way to get your fix than by being trapped with a brains hungry zombie in this themed escape room in Tampa.
At Can You Escape in Tampa, this high-adrenaline and immersive escape room will have you protecting your brains from a zombie chained to the wall. Both spooky and a little silly, the zombie will be your cheerleader but also your crypt keeper — throwing out quips to throw you off as they try to feast on your flesh.
You have one hour to scan the room for clues and solve puzzles inching you closer to your escape, but there's an added twist. Every five minutes that tick by, an alarm will sound and bring you one step closer to your dismay as the chain holding the zombie at bay gets longer. You'll have to dodge attacks and move quickly if you have any chance of survival.
This short clip from Can You Escape's website gives you just a little taste of what to expect.
Talk about terrifying! This thrilling experience is perfect for the spooky season; considered one of the harder rooms that they offer with a 3 and a half out of 5 locks rating, most who attempt their escape manage with only 2 minutes left on the clock.
Tickets run for $35 per person and can be booked by phone or online. You and your BFFs in groups of 2-10 will have to put your brains together and think well under pressure, do you think you'll survive?
