This $27K Tiny House In California Is An Adventurer's Dream Come True

With the rising costs of California's real estate, it's easy to see why small houses are trending. They're cute, affordable, and you can bring them just about anywhere. We could hardly believe our eyes when we found this little gem. This tiny house in California is only $27,000, and the interior is so charming.

The cozy cottage is actually a U-Haul converted into the ultimate dream space. So, it's super portable and pretty much has everything you need.

From the moment you step inside, you can see that there's plenty of storage space. It's surprising just how much fits inside!

The walls are lined with a stylish custom-built wood interior to keep you warm during the winter and cool in the summer.

There is a roomy kitchen, beautiful bathroom, cozy wood-burning stove for cuddly nights, and even a reliable 200-watt solar-powered electric setup with a power inverter for a plug.

You can cook a delicious breakfast in the kitchen since there is also a stove, fridge, and a sink. There's plenty of cabinet room to store enough food and dishes for two hungry adventurers.

The ample shelving space is the perfect spot to store easy-to-reach cooking spices, books for a mini personal library, and to hang all the photos from your life on the road.

There are so many options for how you could decorate. We don't know about you, but we love the warm aesthetic with string lights hung throughout and plenty of big, knit blankets to go around.

Next to the kitchen, there is a plush, easy-sliding murphy bed that comes out from the wall, along with a full closet. It offers more than enough space for two to sleep.
