Christopher Siu is a Toronto baker with an unconventional story. A pharmacist by day, Siu dedicates his nights to growing his budding baking business. The Markham-based baker appeared on the second season of Masterchef Canada, finishing in the final five, thus solidifying his status as one of the top bakers in the GTA.

These days, Siu runs DaanGo, a wholesale and custom order bakery known for its imaginative cakes. His baked goods can be found at Chatime Canada tea shop and Kiu Restaurant.  He does accept custom orders, but considering his massive fanbase, you'll definitely need to book your order in advance. For more #foodporn, take a scroll through Siu's Instagram page, which acts as a portfolio for some of his most creative work.
