This Is What $1,600 A Month In Rent Will Get You Across Toronto
Inspired by the BuzzFeed series about what $1,000 in rent would get you across various countries, I decided to do a similar list with neighbourhoods across Toronto. I had to bump up the set price a little bit since this is Toronto and the average price of a two-bedroom apartment is about $1,700 a month in rent, or $1,900 for a condo.
Nonetheless, I set my research around a two-bedroom with a $1,600 asking price maximum, because in this city we're all looking for a bargain. Please refer to 10 Signs Toronto Is Making You Poor.
