What’s Open And Closed On Monday’s Civic Holiday In Vancouver
It's looking like its going to be a REALLY nice long weekend. With temperatures in the mid-20s it will certainly be a nice change from Canada Day long weekend.
As much as I hate to say this, this will be one of our last long weekends of summer 16'! So make sure you take advantage of it! To get your prepared for the holiday Monday I have put together a list of things that are open and closed for all of your long weekend needs.
As per usual, BCL is closed so stock up on early to avoid paying more for your beers on Monday at a cold beer store, which will be open and operating on holiday hours.
Shopping Essentials
Open 11am-6pm
Robson Street
Most stores close at 6 or 7pm
Open 11am-7pm
TransLink
Busses, Skytrain, Canada Line and Seabus will all be running on Holiday hours. The last trains run between 12am-1am.
Night busses will be on their regular schedule.
The West Coast Express will not be running.
Groceries
Most major grocery stores will be open regular hours.
Safeway Downtown
Open 7am-12am
Open 6am-12am
