Although the weather in Calgary doesn't exactly scream "spring" quite yet, that doesn't mean we can't start celebrating our favourite season with a sweet treat here and there!
@uzutaiyakiIf you haven't yet heard of Uzu Taiyaki, you are definitely missing out. Taiyaki is one of the latest hipster food trends, and is best described as a sweet, super cute, fish-shaped cake, filled with some sort of custard!
If the cake itself doesn't already have you drooling, just imagine it stuffed full of soft-serve and an abundance of other toppings!

Uzu Taiyaki is located at 1 110 2 Ave SE, and is open from 5 - 10 p.m. Monday, 2 - 10 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday, and 2 - 9 p.m. Sunday.
