The latest food trend to hit Toronto.

It always feels like there's a new food trend popping up every other week. From charcoal ice cream to doughnut cones pastry chefs always seem to be one upping each other with crazy foodie trends.

And it looks like 2017's latest craze has finally made its way to Toronto. That's right, soft serve ice cream served in a watermelon. Originally created by pastry genius Dominique Ansel, the refreshingly sweet treat features a watermelon slice filled with delicious soft serve - perfect for those hot summer days.

Named the 'What-A-Melon', the sweet combination was originally only available at one of Ansel's bakeries in Tokyo and Manhattan, but now you can finally try it for yourself in Toronto.

The booth serving the treat it is located behind the Cliff Hanger ride on the midway. There's a giant sign that says What-a-Melon, so it'll be easy to spot.
