Britney Spears Is Engaged And The Sparkle From Her Diamond Ring Could Literally Blind You
At this current moment in time our OG pop princess is hanging out on the beaches of Hawaii, with her 23-year-old model and personal trainer FIANCÉ Sam Asghari. Yep you read that right, Ms. Britney Spears is rumored to be engaged after flashing a shiny new diamond ring on Wednesday while on vacation, then continuing to don the bling Thursday while hanging out on the beach with her beau.
Frockling on the sandy shores in their beachwear best, the couple didn't shy away from the PDA. Not too surprising really, when you consider how open they've been on social media about their relationship since they outed themselves in June 2017 at one of Britney's shows in Taiwan (she brought him on stage and planted a big kiss on him in front of the audience).

If Sam looks familiar at all, it would be because he played Brits on-screen love interest in her Slumber Party music video back in 2016, which is where the pair happened to meet. He was also one of the very droolworthy construction workers from Fifth Harmony's Work From Home music video.
It's rumored that the couple has been together since November 2016 and while that might sound like no time at all, Britney has been married twice before. Once in 2004 for just 55 hours to Jason Allen Alexander and a second time in the same year to dancer Kevin Federline (the father of her two sons) after only dating him for a few months. However, at 36-years-old, the singer is older and wiser and seems to be in a better place than where she was in the mid-2000's.

While nothing has been confirmed by Britney or her team, it wouldn't be totally out of character for the multi-talented singer to be saying 'Yes' for the third time - even though in a 2016 Carpool Karaoke interview she told James Corden that she didn't believe in marriage anymore. At the end of the day she does refer to Asghari openly as her baby and her love and they do post some pretty freaking cute couple videos. So we think maybe Sam had a fighting chance of getting Britney to change her mind on her no marriage rule.

Regardless, we wish Britney the best even if all she's doing is rocking a giant just-because ring and enjoying her amazing vacation. Although, we do hope she confirms that the rumors are true because let's be real, the couple is absolutely adorable together!
Happy New Year from me and my partner in crime 🎆🎉🎈@britneyspears
